Cupcakes From Tapioca Starch and Millet Flour
Tapioca starch - 50 g.
Millet flour - 70 gr.
Olive oil - 30 gr.
Egg - 1 pc. (50 grams)
Water - 75 g.
Cane sugar - 50 g.
Way of cooking:
1. Mix an egg and water in a bowl, whisk until white.
2. Then add oil, cane sugar, tapioca starch, millet flour, mix everything thoroughly.
3. Fill baking forms with the dough.
4. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
